Only items in best condition will leave R&P Tropical.
The quality of the item we select is guaranteed until delivery at your home
For best results, easy guidelines for your plant care can be found under the "CARE" section.
Please if you have any doubts as to your green thumb please don't buy it to see if you can grow it.
Proper care is critical upon arrival. It is also your responsibility to know how to care for the plant.
What can I do if "Things are not so well with my plant"?
From delivery confirmation, you have only 48 hours to make any claim for damage.
If there is any problem, please contact R&P Tropical immediately to make a claim. We want to help. DO NOT WAIT ‘to see if they will recover’ then email me after a week or two when they are dry and dead. It will be too late.
R&P tropical does not accept returns.
R&P Tropical does not guarantee that live plants/seeds delivered alive will remain alive under your care.
